Discover a wealth of budget-friendly, nutrient-rich meal options using items from your pantry and freezer. We will teach you how to maximise the value and nutrition of everyday foods that will also save you time and money and minimize food wastage.

  • Standard uniform requirements include closed toe shoes and pants. Ideal if participants bring their own aprons and kitchen knives but one will be provided if needed.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
